The course will instruct the learner about proper hygiene, cross contamination, cold and hot food safety, foodborne pathogens, and best practices to prevent foodborne illness.<\/p>\n<p>At the conclusion of the course, the learner will be tested on their knowledge of the learning objectives and content. The entire course must be generally taken every three years to renew your certificate.
