The Florida Food Handler's Cards Training Program is easy to use and takes about 2 hours to complete. The course contains all the information you will need to learn about basic sanitation and food preparation in order to earn a certificate of course completion and a food handler's card.

Florida Certified Food Manager
Florida requires that a person-in-charge, an owner, or employee of a food establishment be a Certified Food Manager (CFM) or demonstrate knowledge of food safety as outlined in the FDA Food Code by successfully passing an accredited ANSI food safety certification exam.
